Complete the form or call us with your colleague’s contact information. We’ll then reach out to provide any necessary information. Alternatively, your colleague can mention your name when setting up their new account.
The referral rewards are granted once the referred individual, irrespective of their licensing status, reaches $2,000 in purchases.
